Distribute product evenly across top and bottom lip for a perfectly plumped pout.

Greatest Lashes of All Time Volumizing, Lengthening, Lifting & Curling Mascara: Using a swiping upward motion, coat lashes from root to tip. Continue to apply from the inner to outer corners to feather and coat each lash. Repeat and layer until desired look is achieved.
